EXECUTIVE ORDERS

Executive Order No. 1 (1943) : Creation of the National Assembly of the Philippines, which helped solidify the Japanese-backed government.

Executive Order No. 2 (1943) : Establishment of a comprehensive government structure and the promotion of the general welfare of Filipinos under Japanese rule.

Executive Order No. 3 (1943) :Focused on economic policies and the organization of labor forces during the wartime period.

Executive Order No. 4 (1943) : Issued guidelines on promoting public safety and order during the occupation.

Executive Order No. 17 (1943): Provided the description and specifications of the flag of the Republic of the Philippines.

Executive Order No. 31 (February 3, 1944): Transferred the powers, duties, and functions of the Salary Committee to the Board on Uniform Salary System.

Executive Order No. 33 (February 3, 1944): Reduced by thirty percent the real property tax on all permanent plants and trees for the calendar year 1944.

Executive Order No. 41 (March 31, 1944): Extended until May 1, 1944, the period in which certain presidential appointees may continue in their respective positions.

Executive Order No. 44 (March 31, 1944): Prescribed certain principles of higher education, emphasizing the intensification of Philippine nationalism and the coordination of higher institutions of learning.
