OFFICIAL PROCLAMATION

Proclamation No. 1 (2010): Created the Truth Commission, aimed at investigating corruption and wrongdoings of the previous administration of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

Proclamation No. 269 (2011): Declared November 30 as "Bonifacio Day" and declared a special non-working holiday in the country.

Proclamation No. 27 (2011): Declared August 21 as "Ninoy Aquino Day" in commemoration of the assassination of his father, former Senator Benigno Aquino Jr.

Proclamation No. 454 (2012): Declared July 4 as "Filipino-American Friendship Day," recognizing the historical ties between the Philippines and the United States.

Proclamation No. 161 (2012): Declared December 8 as "National Anti-Corruption Day," recognizing the fight against corruption and promoting accountability in governance.

Proclamation No. 307 (2013): Declared November 8 as "National Day of Prayer and Solidarity" following the devastation caused by Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda).

Proclamation No. 5 (2010): Declared the special non-working holidays for the observance of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha in the Philippines.

Proclamation No. 296 (2012): Declared a special non-working holiday for the National Heroes Day on August 31, 2012.

Proclamation No. 679 (2013): Declared a special working holiday for the 70th Anniversary of the Leyte Landing.

Proclamation No. 810 (2014): Declared April 9 as "Araw ng Kagitingan" (Day of Valor) to commemorate the courage of Filipino and American soldiers during World War II.

Proclamation No. 831 (2014): Declared the month of October as National Statistics Month to raise awareness about the importance of statistics.

Proclamation No. 33 (2010): Declared the City of Naga and the Province of Camarines Sur as pilgrimage capitals of the Bicol region and recognized top tourist destinations in the Philippines.

Proclamation No. 532 (2012): Declared the year 2013 as the "Centennial Year of the Reconstitution of the Municipality of Burgos."

Proclamation No. 518 (2012): Declared December 19 of every year as "National Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Day" to promote the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Proclamation No. 655 (2013): Declared the regular holidays, special (non-working) days, and special holidays (for schools) for the year 2014.

Proclamation No. 760 (2014): Declared every month of January as "Zero Waste Month" to promote environmental awareness and action.

Proclamation No. 933 (2014): Declared the last week of July every year as "Linggo ng Musikang Pilipino" to celebrate and promote Filipino music.

Proclamation No. 1091 (2015): Declared October 2015 to October 2016 as the "Centennial Year of the Philippine Senate".

Proclamation No. 1106 (2015): Declared the years 2015 to 2024 as "Civil Registration and Vital Statistics Decade" to improve civil registration and vital statistics systems.

Proclamation No. 1154 (2015): Declared December 1, 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Padre Garcia, Batangas.
