OFFICIAL PROCLAMATION

Proclamation No. 1 (July 2016) :Declaring a State of National Emergency on Account of Lawless Violence Issued in response to the bombing in Davao City that killed 15 people, declaring a state of emergency to address lawless violence.

Proclamation No. 216 (May 2017) :Declaring Martial Law in Mindanao This was issued following the Marawi siege, to suppress the violent activities of terrorists in Mindanao.

Proclamation No. 310 (October 2018) : Declaring the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) and New People's Army (NPA) as Terrorist Organizations Duterte declared the CPP and NPA as terrorist organizations following years of conflict and insurgency.

Proclamation No. 113 (March 2017) : Declaring a National Day of Prayer for Peace and Unity This proclamation called for a nationwide day of prayer for peace and unity during a period of national security challenges.

Proclamation No. 269 (September 2017) : Declaring September 21 as National Day of Protest This proclamation declared September 21, the anniversary of the declaration of Martial Law under Ferdinand Marcos, as a National Day of Protest.

Proclamation No. 1081 (2017) :Declaring September 21 as a National Day of Remembrance Declared a day of remembrance for the victims of Martial Law under the Marcos regime.

Proclamation No. 38 (October 2016) : Declaring October 31 as a Special (Non-Working) Day Declared October 31, 2016, as a special non-working day to give Filipinos the opportunity to prepare for All Saints’ Day (November 1).

Proclamation No. 372 (December 2017) : Declaring December 8, 2017, as a National Day of Prayer for the recovery of Marawi Issued following the conflict in Marawi, asking the nation to pray for peace and recovery.

Proclamation No. 1083 (April 2018) : Declaring the 2018 Philippine Independence Day Celebration as a Year-long Event Declared 2018 as a year-long celebration to honor the 120th anniversary of Philippine Independence.

Proclamation No. 215 (May 2017) :Declaring May 28, 2017, as the National Day of Prayer for the Victims of the Marawi Crisis A proclamation focused on prayers for those affected by the ongoing conflict in Marawi.

Proclamation No. 376 (October 2020) : Declaring a State of Public Health Emergency due to COVID-19 Issued in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, declaring a state of public health emergency across the country.

Proclamation No. 1021 (July 2020) : Declaring a State of Emergency in the Wake of the COVID-19 Pandemic Expanded the scope of public health protocols as the pandemic affected more regions.

Proclamation No. 1052 (July 2021) : Declaring July 20, 2021, as Eid'l Adha (Islamic Feast of Sacrifice) Acknowledging Eid'l Adha as a national holiday for Muslims.

Proclamation No. 57 (December 2021) : Declaring December 8, 2021, as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the Province of Cebu To honor the 500th anniversary of the arrival of Christianity in the Philippines, which was celebrated in Cebu.

Proclamation No. 1027 (2021) : Declaring November 2 as Special (Non-Working) Day Declaring All Souls' Day (November 2) as a non-working day to allow families to commemorate their dead.
