AN ACT SEPARATING THE LAPUYAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL – PAMPANG EXTENSION IN BARANGAY PAMPANG, MUNICIPALITY OF LAPUYAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR FROM THE LAPUYAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE PAMPANG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
