Executive Order No. 48 (1947): Established a Code Commission to review and codify existing laws.
Executive Order No. 49 (March 28, 1947): Reduced office hours for all government offices to five days a week.
Executive Order No. 68 (1947): Established a National War Crimes Office to handle the trial of Japanese accused of war crimes in the Philippines.
Executive Order No. 78 (1947): Segregated the barrio of Aloneros from the Municipality of Tagkawayan, Quezon Province, and annexed it to the Municipality of Guinayangan, same province
Executive Order No. 82 (1947): Defined the territories of several municipalities in Cotabato.
Executive Order No. 90 (1947): Established the Philippine Relief and Trade Rehabilitation Administration (PRATRA) and dissolved the Philippine Relief and Rehabilitation Administration and the National Trading Corporation.
Executive Order No. 93 (1947): Abolished the National Enterprises Control Board, created the Government Enterprises Council, and transferred the Metropolitan Transportation Service to the Manila Railroad Company, among other things.
Executive Order No. 94 (1947): Amended sections of Act Numbered Four thousand one hundred and three regarding the Board of Pardons and Parole.
