OFFICIAL PROCLAMATION

Proclamation No. 6 (August 7, 1946): Declared Sunday, September 1, 1946, as National Food Production Day, urging citizens to increase food production.

Proclamation No. 8 Declared a general amnesty for those who committed acts penalized under the Revised Penal Code in furtherance of resistance to the enemy or against persons aiding in the war efforts of the enemy during the period from December 8, 1941, to the date of liberation of each area.

Proclamation No. 9 (September 18, 1946): Called the Congress of the Philippines into special session to consider the appropriation bill and other urgent measures.

Proclamation No. 15 (November 27, 1946): Designated Monday, December 2, 1946, as Parents' Day.

Proclamation No. 62 (April 21, 1948): Declared a period of national mourning upon the death of President Manuel Roxas.
