Proclamation No. 157 (February 18, 2002): Declared February as "National Down Syndrome Consciousness Month" to promote awareness and support for individuals with Down Syndrome.

Proclamation No. 161 (February 28, 2002): Established the period from February 28 to March 6, 2002, and every year thereafter, as "National Peace Consciousness Week" to enhance public understanding of the peace process.

Proclamation No. 264 (September 23, 2002): Declared September of every year as "National Science Club Month" to encourage youth participation in science and technology.

Proclamation No. 333 (July 20, 2003): Amended Proclamation No. 1037 to redefine the boundaries of the Chocolate Hills Natural Monument in Bohol, excluding certain alienable and disposable lands.

Proclamation No. 486 (October 13, 2003): Declared October 29, 2003, and every year thereafter, as "National Indigenous Peoples Thanksgiving Day" to honor indigenous communities.

Proclamation No. 675 (January 20, 2004): Declared September 2004 and every year thereafter as "National Peace Consciousness Month" to promote a culture of peace.

Proclamation No. 828 (April 14, 2005): Declared 2005 to 2015 as the "Decade of Good Governance and Good Citizenship" to combat graft and corruption and eradicate poverty.

Proclamation No. 1017 (February 24, 2006): Declared a state of national emergency in response to reported threats against the government.

Proclamation No. 1276 (April 20, 2007): Declared April 22, 2007, as "Philippines Earth Day" to emphasize environmental protection.
