OFFICIAL PROCLAMATION

Proclamation No. 1 :Reorganization of the Government (July 4, 1946) This proclamation established the organizational structure of the new Philippine government after independence from the United States.

Proclamation No. 2 : National Recovery and Rehabilitation (July 4, 1946) This proclamation aimed at the rehabilitation and recovery of the Philippines, particularly the rebuilding of its infrastructure and economy, which were severely damaged during World War II.

Proclamation No. 3 :Official Opening of the Fourth Congress (July 9, 1946) This proclamation called for the opening of the newly-elected Fourth Congress of the Philippines after the country’s independence.

Proclamation No. 8 :Declaring December 30 as Rizal Day (1946) This proclamation designated December 30 each year as a national holiday to honor Dr. José Rizal, the national hero of the Philippines.

Proclamation No. 16 :Granting Pardon to Filipino War Collaborators (1947) This proclamation granted pardon to certain individuals who had collaborated with the Japanese during the Second World War, as part of efforts to reconcile and move forward after the war.

Proclamation No. 39 : Declaring the Philippines’ Participation in the United Nations (1947) This proclamation expressed the Philippine government's support for international cooperation and solidarity through its participation in the newly-formed United Nations.

Proclamation No. 45 : Granting Land Titles to Veterans (1947) This proclamation was part of the effort to grant land titles to Filipino veterans who had fought in World War II.

Proclamation No. 106 : Declaring September 1-30 as Veterans’ Month (1947) This proclamation declared September as a month dedicated to honoring Filipino war veterans.
