Proclamation No. 76 (1948): Granted amnesty to the leaders and members of the Hukbalahap and Pambansang Kaisahan ng mga Magbubukid (PKM) who voluntarily surrendered their arms and ammunition.

Proclamation No. 141 (1949): Reserved a parcel of the public domain in Calinan, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao for school site purposes.

Proclamation No. 270 (1988): Authorized the National Museum to conduct a national educational and fund campaign from June 12, 1988 to June 12, 1989.

Proclamation No. 326 (1952): This proclamation dealt with various matters, including a national policy in education, amendments to the National Internal Revenue Code regarding tax on cigarettes, and a bill to prohibit certain activities in connection with horse races and Jai-Alai.
